Meet Rob Campbell.

My name is Rob Campbell, and I’m a retired U.S. Army Colonel turned leadership coach, keynote speaker, and author. While serving nearly three decades in the U.S. Military, I honed my skills in leading and coaching teams in some of the most challenging environments. I learned that great leadership is personal.

Now I work with executives, founders, and bosses who care about becoming people-centric leaders. Through individual coaching, I help curious leaders learn to lead with integrity, confidence, and compassion.

The Coaching Journey

Executive Leadership Growth Plan

Individual coaching is a candid, peer, and non-judgmental relationship. Its scope encompasses the professional and personal, helping leaders navigate relationships, communicate, lead, and serve others. For the awakened and curious leader, coaching is a transformational experience.

Key Outcomes:

  • Decision-making becomes refined & succinct

  • Communication is clearer and more impactful

  • Team performance becomes stronger and more efficient

  • Leadership is stronger and more effective

The journey is a 3-month minimum, up to 6 months for optimal growth.

  • When you understand how you communicate, what motivates you, and what you need from others to be successful, you can do the same for others. Before we even get started, I’ll send The Forté Institute’s® Communication Intelligence Survey, so we both learn how you can best communicate and lead others. Ongoing surveys will be conducted regularly to inform a results-based growth plan.

  • In our first meeting, we’ll break the ice, establish trust, and commit to the journey by creating goals together. Your sponsor (supervisor) may be present if desired.

  • Now we get into the nitty-gritty. These are 1-hour weekly sessions held one-on-one. Additional coaching is available via phone or email in between sessions for immediate needs. Optional: a mid-point meeting with your sponsor to review progress and adjust goals.

END GOAL - A Transformational Experience

Before working with me, leaders are lost in their old methods and blinded by their lack of self-awareness. They cannot adapt to be the most effective leader that their people require.

After working with me, leaders are awakened, becoming more conscious individuals. How they see themselves, their people, and the environment begins to inform their leadership. They see the answers residing inside them and tailor their leadership to become more confident and competent leaders, no matter the situation.
